It was another great performance by Clonee Utd U9C today as they marched past Darndale and straight into their second Final in 2 Years. Following on from their Shield final appearence last year, Clonee have gone one step further and booked their place in this years Cup Final against Woodlawn.

Yet another fantastic performance from Clonee Utd U9C in the Qtr Final Vs Malahide today. On 2 occassions Clonee went behind (0-1, 1-2) but the Lads showed great determination and clawed their way back into the game. A great pass from Ian led to Seans first goal. It was now 1-1 and Clonee were looking dangerous. Malahide broke again and went 2-1 up. Thats when Clonee decided enough was enough. Great news. Clonee Utd U9C & U9D will be playing a match against each other at half time in the Bohs Vs St Pats game at Dalymount on the 14th March 2008. This should be a great occassion as Dalymount should be full to the rafters. The game will also be televised live.

Ballymun Game 16/2/08 (Ballymun 1- 4 Clonee)

Another great team performance from Clonee Utd U9C Today. In the first half Clonee had all the chances but Ballymun broke late in the half and scored against the run of play to take a 1- 0 lead. Clonee didnt panic and in the second half took the game by the scruff of the neck and scored 4 goals without reply. Goals by Sean Whelan (2), Patrick Cawley & Barry Coughlin.
